Q – How do I find my pictures?
A - Click on the event button and follow the links to your tournament
and individual game.
Q - What other forms of payment do you accept?
A - We accept money orders, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Paypal.
Q - Can I pay with cash? A - For your protection as well as ours…NO
Q – Is my credit card payment secure and safe?
A - Absolutely and positively…YES! Your transaction is conducted on a
128 bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which is the industry standard
for secure ecommerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information
including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be
read as the information travels over the internet.
Q – How long will it take for my pictures to be delivered?
A - Once we receive your order and payment, your photos will be processed.
You will then receive email receipt confirming your order. Your photos
will be mailed via US Mail directly to the shipping address you specified
on your order. It generally takes 10-15 business days to process and deliver
your photos.
Q – Will my web orders be printed on a “photo printer”?
A – Absolutely not! All our web orders are processed by professional labs.
Q – Will my printed photographs look better than the website proof?
A - Yes! The thumbnail images displayed are in a low-resolution format
to improve internet download speed.
Q – Once I purchase my photographs, can I make additional copies?
A - Sorry, the images you purchase are copyrighted by CR Foto. It is illegal
to make copies. However, if you would like additional copies, please contact
us to order re-prints.
Q - What if I’m not satisfied with my photographs?
A - If you’re not 100% satisfied…we’re not satisfied! We will re-print,
re-crop, or refund your money 100%. Your 100% satisfaction is our only
priority!
Q – Do you only do action photographs?
A - No. We can provide you with all your photography needs from team photos,
Christmas card sittings, birthday parties, etc. Simply contact us with
your request.
