How long will it take for my pictures to be delivered? |

Once we receive your order and payment, your photos will be processed. You will then receive email receipt confirming your order. Your photos will be mailed via US Mail directly to the shipping address you specified on your order. It generally takes 10-15 business days to process and deliver your photos. |

Will my web orders be printed on a “photo printer”? |

Absolutely not! All our web orders are processed by professional labs. |

Will my printed photographs look better than the website proof? |

Yes! The thumbnail images displayed are in a low-resolution format to improve internet download speed. |

Once I purchase my photographs, can I make additional copies? |

Sorry, the images you purchase are copyrighted by CR Foto. It is illegal to make copies. However, if you would like additional copies, please contact us to order re-prints. |

What if I’m not satisfied with my photographs? |

If you’re not 100% satisfied…we’re not satisfied! We will re-print, re-crop, or refund your money 100%. Your 100% satisfaction is our only priority! |

Do you only do action photographs? |

No. We can provide you with all your photography needs from team photos, Christmas card sittings, birthday parties, etc. Simply contact us with your request. |
